The patient's past medical history included blood pressure high (Blood pressure high). Concomitant products included mefenamic acid (Advil), lovastatin, carvedilol and spironolactone. On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. In MAY-2026, less than a month after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced hoarseness (Verbatim: Hoarseness). On an unknown date, the patient experienced generalized rash (Verbatim: rash that moves around her body. It has been on the top of her arms, lower back, both her hips and also spots on the top of her head). The patient was treated with hydrocortisone hydrogen succinate (Hydrocortisone) and clobetasol propionate. The outcome of the generalized rash and hoarseness were unknown. It was unknown if the reporter considered the generalized rash and hoarseness to be related to Shingrix. Within 2 days, she experienced a rash that moves around her body. It has been on the top of her arms, lower back, both her hips and also spots on the top of her head. She was given hydrocortisone ointment 2.5 percent which she applies 10 times a day. She also uses clobetasol propionate cream 0.5 percent. She also reports hoarseness that started in the last 2 weeks. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
