Shingrix late second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a 76-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number NT357, expiry date 12-MAY-2028) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose of Shingrix on 30-SEP-2023, ZS3D7 with expiry 08-OCT-2024). On 11-MAR-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On 11-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: Shingrix late second dose). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long was not applicable.
