Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

Late second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a male patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose a year ago). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Late second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 18-MAY-2026 Pharmacist mentioned that a patient got first dose of Shingrix over a year ago specific date was unknown by Healthcare Provider and has not yet received the second dose.
