Symptom narrative

Severe hyponatremia to 112 in a patient that previously had normal sodium levels. The severe hyponatremia led to grand mal seizure and loss of consciousness. Patient had to be intubated and was hospitalized in ICU for 4 days.

Sodium of 112 - Sept 25, 2022, Urine osmolality was greater than serum osmolality with high urine sodium. Suggestive of new onset SIADH.
