| MNQ | MENINGOCOCCAL CONJUGATE (MENVEO) | NOVARTIS VACCINES AND DIAGNOSTICS | 2 | — | IM / RA |
The Menveo vaccine was given in the right arm but was given higher than the standard deltoid administration site. As the vaccine was being administered, I immediately felt a sharp, stabbing pain at the administration site. Within a few minutes after the vaccine was given, I had a heavy and extremely sore feeling in my arm that radiated to my shoulder. For about 72 hours after the vaccine was given, I could not abduct my arm and I could not reach over my head. That pain did subside and I regained full range of motion at approximately 72 hours after the vaccine but since then through now, I have extremely sharp, stabbing pain of the lateral and anterior shoulder that radiates up to my neck and down to my elbow with lifting anything that is above my head, lifting anything at any height that is greater than approximately 10 pounds. I also have difficulty with prolonged typing and use of my mouse while at work. I also cannot sleep on this shoulder at night without severe pain waking me up.

I was seen by an orthopedic surgeon shoulder specialist at Orthopedics on 5/18/26, Dr. I was ordered physical therapy and advised to limit overhead movement and strenuous activity with the right arm. I am to return on 7/8/26 to see if symptoms improve. If they do not, I will be given an corticosteroid injection.
