dose of DAPTACEL with a labeled expiration date of 4/30/2026 was administered to a patient on 5/8/2026 with no AE; Initial information received on 13-May-2026 regarding an unsolicited valid non-serious courtesy case received from other healthcare professional. This case involves a patient of unknown age and unknown gender who received an expired dose of diphtheria-15/tetanus/5 AC pertussis vaccine [Daptacel] with no adverse event. The patient's past medical history, past drugs, vaccination(s), family history, and concomitant medications were not provided. On 08-May-2026, the patient received an unknown dose of diphtheria-15/tetanus/5 AC pertussis vaccine suspension for injection (batch/lot number: unknown; expiry date: 30-Apr-2026) (strength: unknown) via unknown route in an unknown administration site for prophylactic vaccination [Immunisation] with no adverse event (expired product administered, and latency: same day).
