an expired Boostrix was given to a patient this week on 20-May-2026; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 86-year-old male patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) (batch number P5SR5, expiry date 26-APR-2026) for prophylaxis. On 20-MAY-2026, the patient received Boostrix. On 20-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: an expired Boostrix was given to a patient this week on 20-May-2026). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable.
