Symptom narrative

Late Second Dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 69-year-old male patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received the first dose of Shingrix vaccine on 22-OCT-2025). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Late Second Dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt date: 21-MAY-2026. The patient had missed the deadline, and it is actually 7 months now. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
