Complete exhaustion, muscle fatigue, inability to participate in routine functions including physical therapy, fever for several hours treated by coldpacks

Current illness

Metastatic Bronchogenic Adenocarcinoma of Lung Stage-4, Persistent Atrial Fibrillation, Human Metapneumovirus Pneumonia while receiving Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy (Keytruda) and Dexamethasone. STEROIDS given while having Upper Respiratory Tract Infection in April 2026.
