Symptom narrative

Patient stated that he began experiencing joint pain throughout his body that started on the night of the vaccination. He had pain in hips and knees and had difficulty walking. He also felt as if his face was sunburned. Those symptoms lasted throughout the night. On the following day, he felt sick and sensitive to temperature changes and had chills and sweating. Today he is now recovered from and did not need to seek medical care.
