nurse gave Rotarix and it's two days past the expiration date. It expired on 17-MAY-2026 and it was given today on 19-MAY-2026; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a patient who received Rota (Rotarix liquid formulation) (expiry date 17-MAY-2026) for prophylaxis. On 19-MAY-2026, the patient received Rotarix liquid formulation. On 19-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Rotarix liquid formulation, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: nurse gave Rotarix and it's two days past the expiration date. It expired on 17-MAY-2026 and it was given today on 19-MAY-2026). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable.
