Systemic: Tinnitus-Mild, Additional Details: Patient came in with her husband for a covid and a pneumonia vaccine. The pharmacist accidentally gave the patient her covid 19 vaccine, but then grabbed the husbands covid 19 vaccine and gave her a second dose. Patient was ok at time of incident. She was called 24 hours later and only complaint was some ringing in her ears at this time. We plan to follow up again in a week to monitor if any other symptoms arise.
