Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Patient pulled her arm away due to the pain from the vaccine. Vaccinator was only able to get a little bit of the vaccine administered. However, it was impossible to determine how much of vaccine was administered. Pharmacist counseled patient to wait at least a week to revaccinate to prevent overdosing.
