Symptom narrative

Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Additional Details: Right forearm sore, right shoulder pain across neck and collar bone has been there since after vaccination and has not gotten better. Pt will go to urgent care today (5/20/26) and get checked out. She will let us know how she's doing after.
