Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: pt returned to pharmacy the next day after the shot saying she could barely sleep and was in a lot of pain. she said he went to the ER but was told she has vaccine injection site pain. she she thought the vaccine might have been a little higer in detoid thats why she had the pain. foollwed up with pt for 4 days and pt said pain was going down with cold compress and pain meds.
