Symptom narrative

Left leg foot drop. Earliest recollection is November 6th. Hospitalized three times, March 2025, May 2025 and February 2026. Physical therapy. Immunosuppressant therapy and infusions. PLEX twice. High dose Steroids 3 times. Not able to walk. Paresthesia. Burning sensation. On going therapy. Anxiety. Depression.
