Symptom narrative

Day 1: ~90 min. post-injection: flushing, pruritus (body) seen @ ER - improved (not resolved) w/ Benadryl, famotidine & IV steroids. 5/23/26 (Day 2) woke w/ chest congestion, dry cough, SOB & urticaria (face, chest), treated with Benadryl, famotidine & IV steroids. Day 3 (5/24/26) seen at ER for congestion, SOB/wheezing, fever. Given prednisone x5.
