Symptom narrative

Patient received Shingrix dose #1 vaccine and subsequently experienced expected post-vaccination adverse reactions including cough, congestion, fatigue, headache (flu-like symptoms). Symptoms began approximately the night of vaccination (headache) and has lasted from 5/21/26 to 5/26/26 and patient did stay home from work as he still has cough, congestion and is losing his voice. Patient reported that symptoms were moderate. No hospitalization or life-threatening complications reported. Patient advised on symptom management and monitoring.
