Symptoms: Bilateral upper back and shoulder myalgia. Treatment: Naproxen 2 tablets twice daily for 2 weeks. Outcome: Bilateral upper back and should myalgia continues as of 26 May 2026.

Hypogammaglobulinemia from CLL cancer treatment.
