Symptom narrative

Patient received a 2nd dose of RSV but already received on 2/3/24. Patient states during visit on 5/24/26 she was not sure if she has not received it before. Database was checked before vaccination given with no prior history to RSV vaccine, but database only check within the area. Pharmacist on duty called patient that RSV vaccine is a one time per lifetime vaccine and she a received a 2nd dose, the 1st dose being in another area. Pharmacist went over possible side effects of injection site reactions and that Arexvy (RSV vaccine given) is a one time dose. Explained to patient that there is no any major side effects or serios harm by receiving a 2nd dose, and that their just might be some arm soreness/redness, fatigue, muscle aches. Patient was understanding of the situation and was okay with the problem.
