Early 2nd dose; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a 25-year-old male patient who received HAV (Havrix) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included HEPATITIS A VACCINE INACT (HAVRIX). On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Havrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Havrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short (Verbatim: Early 2nd dose). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too short was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 21-MAY-2026 A registered pharmacist called and reported that a patient had received two doses of Havrix within one month of each other.
