no symptoms reported/they have not experienced any medical concerns; an expired dose was inadvertently administered to a patient on 05/18/2026; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and the patient's parent referring to a female patient of unknown age. The patient's medical history, concurrent condition, past medications and concomitant medications were not reported. On 18-May-2026, the patient was inadvertently vaccinated with an expired dose of rotavirus vaccine, live, oral, pentavalent oral solution (ROTATEQ) (1 dosage form total, lot# 2096663, expiration date 17-May-2026) via oral for prophylaxis (Expired product administered). No symptoms reported and no any medical concerns (No adverse event).
