Symptom narrative

Rash around the abdomen/torso began after showering on 5/24/26 at around 6pm. Redness, itching and warmth at injection site on left arm began around this time as well. Patient did not feel severe enough to see doctor at this time, but she does have an upcoming appointment this week and will discuss with provider.
