drug administration after the expiration date; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a patient who received Rota (Rotarix liquid formulation) oral drops (batch number HP495 with expiry date 17-MAY-2026) for prophylaxis. On 19-MAY-2026, the patient received Rotarix liquid formulation. On 19-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Rotarix liquid formulation, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: drug administration after the expiration date). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences.
