Symptom narrative

Approximately 2 hours later in the injected deltoid was pain in arm and shoulder area (reddened). Pain increased to unbearable. This prompted patient to go to emergency room. There was a finger that was "triggering" as well. Underarm area sore. Most intense for 24 hours. Gradually subsided over 2 to 3 days. Has been a slight fever 99.4-99.9 still continuing today, 5/27/2026
