Symptom narrative

per patient report: "Noticed fever and LEFT arm rash on this Sunday. Arm hurt the minute I got vaccinated Wednesday May 20. Pain in arm has decreased but rash getting worse. Exhaustion is about the same. Can't stay awake for more than 4 hours at a time. Headaches are the same. Home care: Ibuprofen and Benadryl. Benadryl doesn't help. Ibuprofen takes the feverish feeling and headache away. Cold water compresses too, but they don't do anything."
