Symptom narrative

Approximately two hours after receiving vaccines, patient developed hives on his face, itchy throat, tingling/numbness in lips, then after a little time, he started audibly wheezing. Mom gave patient his Albuterol inhaler. Then over the course of the next several hours, his eyes developed edema around them and mom decided to take him to the local emergency room. He was given oral steroids and Benedryl and they observed him for 2.5 to 3 hours prior to sending him home.
