Symptom narrative

He received MenQuadfi first in the right arm and then Bexsero after that in the left arm. While he was receiving Bexsero (needle was in arm), his head jerked to the left and he briefly lost consciousness and fell on top of his mother Provider (MD) was notified and evaluated him immediately after he regained consciousness. He was feeling normally at that point with no shortness of breath, lightheadedness, dizziness, nausea. RRR and CTAB, 2+ radial pulses bilaterally, normal sensation and strength of the bilateral upper extremities, normal finger movements on the left. There was no erythema around the injection site, no tenderness, no generalized hives. He was observed for 15 minutes afterward without any recurrent symptoms
