Pharmacist called to ask about alternate dosing intervals with GARDASIL 9 due to a patient receiving the second dose later than recommended. Pharmacist also noted that the patient is 48 yrs old. No other information was available at the time of the; No additional AE; Pharmacist also noted that the patient is 48 yrs old; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist and refers to a 48-year-old male patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date, the patient was vaccinated with the second dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9), Injection 0.5 mL , (anatomical site, frequency, lot # and expiration date were not reported) indicated as prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the second dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) later than recommended (Inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered).
