Underdose/when administering a dose of Arexvy today, 22-MAY-2026, some of the vaccine leaked out the sides of the syringe,; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of underdose in a 82-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) suspension for injection (batch number F7527 with expiry date 31-JAN-2027) for prophylaxis. On 22-MAY-2026, the patient received Arexvy (intramuscular, left arm). On 22-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced underdose (Verbatim: Underdose/when administering a dose of Arexvy today, 22-MAY-2026, some of the vaccine leaked out the sides of the syringe,). The outcome of the underdose was not applicable.
