Symptom narrative

One day after administration, there was redness, swelling, itching, and tenderness around vaccination site, which persisted for about 3 days. Around the fourth day, swelling turned into a lump and the redness maintained the size of a quarter around the site and tenderness persisted. Today, a week after vaccine administration, redness has darkened into a bruise slightly larger than a quarter and the lump is firm, about the size of a grape, and feels tender when pressure is applied.
