Symptom narrative

On 5/27/26 at 1348 I received a routine TDAP vaccine at 28 weeks 6 days pregnant at (name withheld) Family Medicine department, by a male (name withheld). The vaccine was placed in the left arm, 0.5inches below the acromion process, instead of within the deltoid region. I immediately experienced 5/10 pain but figured it was normal vaccine soreness, until the day went on and the pain increased severely. The pain is now 7/10 sharp pain that radiates down to the left forearm, and I am unable to lift or move the left arm whatsoever without an increase in pain. I am not experiencing redness or swelling to the area to suggest an adverse reaction to the TDAP itself, so I believe this was a vaccine related injury.
