Symptom narrative

confused; sometimes pain; Heart palpitations; Nausea; weak; Very very look, bargie; fatigue; hard for me to keep my legs moving without tripping; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer and described the occurrence of nausea in a 68-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) solution for injection for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included stroke, heart attack (several heart attacks) and stent placement (8 stents (some stents in stents)). Concomitant products included cholesterol. On 06-MAY-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. On 06-MAY-2026, less than a day after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced nausea (Verbatim: Nausea), weakness (Verbatim: weak), ill-defined disorder (Verbatim: Very very look, bargie), fatigue (Verbatim: fatigue) and gait disturbance (Verbatim: hard for me to keep my legs moving without tripping). On an unknown date, the patient experienced pain (Verbatim: sometimes pain), confusion (Verbatim: confused) and palpitation (Verbatim: Heart palpitations). The outcome of the nausea, weakness, ill-defined disorder, fatigue and gait disturbance were not resolved and the outcome of the pain, confusion and palpitation were not reported. It was unknown if the reporter considered the nausea, pain, weakness, confusion, ill-defined disorder, fatigue, gait disturbance and palpitation to be related to Shingles vaccine. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 23-MAY-2026 The patient was very nauseated, sometimes pretty bad and was weak as well as confused The also had heart palpitations, sometimes with pain. The patient had a stroke and several heart attacks also 8 stents, some stents in stents. The patient was very very look, bargie, fatigued on weakness hard for to keep legs moving without tripping. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
