Symptom narrative

The day after the vaccination, the right thigh got bruised and swelled up. The swelling was almost the length of the whole thigh and the child had difficulty of walking because of pain per Mom. Patient consulted Telehealth and was treated as Cellulitis and given keflex. I saw the patient personally 5/27/26 and the swelling has definitely gone down, no more redness but there was still some induration of about 3-4 cm. There was no reaction to the Kinrix.
