Symptom narrative

Received call from grandmother regarding possible injection reaction at 4:00 pm. States patient received vaccines and has been "crying ever since", both legs are red and warm, vomited once and jerking his head". Denies difficulty breathing, fever, hives or rash. They had given patient a bottle, gas drops, and 2 doses of Tylenol at time of call. Offered patient's mother appointment with provider at time of call but mother refused stating patient is calm and asleep at this time and claims grandmother overreacted.
