Symptom narrative

Patient received 3 vaccines on 5/12/26: Prevnar 20, Havrix, and Varivax. On 5/19/26, pt had febrile seizure. Pt was evaluated in the ER and parents were told that fever was from vaccine, and fever caused seizure. ER told parents that PCP would need to report event due to vaccines being administered in clinic.
