Symptom narrative

On 05/27/26 at approximately 10:30 am, I administered a yellow fever and Gardasil vaccines to a patient. After the Gardasil, he said that he felt weird. His eyes rolled back and he collapsed in the chair. I yelled for my staff pharmacist, to assist me and my tech to call 911. Staff pharmacist was helping me try to lower him to the ground when he sneezed and gained consciousness. EMS arrived and checked his vitals. His blood pressure was low 102/69 HR 85. EMS told him he can go home, but to go to ER if he loses consciousness again. I asked EMS if I could give him water and they agreed. The patient walked out of the store unassisted with his girlfriend
