Symptom narrative

patient called 5/28/26 inquiring about his side effects from his vaccine. from his description, normal side effects that can be expected from vaccines-- but wanted to report- patient complained of arm pain, redness, swelling, sick and lacking energy. vaccine given 5/22/26- lasting for days after the vaccine given. pt said that it is better today 5/28/26 but still having a little redness/swelling. no trouble breathing/rash/hives. patient has been using tylenol/motrin & stretching arm to help alleviate.
