Symptom narrative

Patient got the vaccine on 5/16 then in the morning on 5/17 she felt a lump in her throat and difficulty swallowing. She then went to the doctor and they are monitoring the symptoms. It's been 12 days since the vaccination but patient still feeling a little bit of the symptoms, plus she states she has mucus.
