Symptom narrative

No additional AE; Customer reported administration of PROQUAD after its expiry date.; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 18-May-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD), (valid lot #Z008219, expiration date: 14-May-2026) 0.5 mL as prophylaxis (expired product administered). The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent solution for injection (BAXTER STERILE DILUENT), (valid lot #Y020691, expiration date: 10-Nov-2027). Confirmed that suspect vaccine/sterile diluent had not experienced any temperature excursion. No additional adverse event (AE) was reported.
