Symptom narrative

Employee reports that she had a rash with hives & itching on anterior upper chest approximately 30 minutes after vaccine. Noted purplish discoloration under right eye the next morning (05/21/2026). Employee states that she did not seek care or notify anyone about rash. She did not notice the eye discoloration the next day until it was pointed out by the center manager. Employee states that rash lasted approximately 1 week, but that it did gradually lessen over time. Eye discoloration lasted approximately 48 hrs with gradual decrease over time.
