patient states radiating pain that started underneath armpit, then radiated over chest. described pain as stabbing, shooting pain. this lasted a few days until a visit to urgent care on 5/27/26. pain started to subside over the next few days and stopped after a week on 5/29/26. patient was treated with otc ibuprofen prn
