suffered a heart attack; now in fibrillation; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP, Program ID. A male patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), in 2026 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: CARDIAC FIBRILLATION (medically significant) with onset 2026, outcome "not recovered", described as "now in fibrillation"; MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION (medically significant) with onset 2026, outcome "unknown", described as "suffered a heart attack". Clinical course: He reported that his friend received the COVID-19 vaccine a few weeks ago, later suffered a heart attack, and is now in fibrillation. No follow-up attempts are possible. Batch/lot number is not provided, and it cannot be obtained.
