Patient started having lightheadedness, dizziness and frontal headache day after shots were administered. Injection site areas are red and raised but no surrounding erythema identified. Muscle soreness more pronounced on the right arm as compared to the left. Child did not have any syncope-like symptoms reported. Child denied fever, vomiting, runny nose, cough, body aches, double or blurry vision, coordination and balance problems at time of visit which was 2 days post vaccination administration. Child reportedly eating meals as normal, sleep normal and drinking water adequately.
