Symptom narrative

HCP states that the patient received their first dose of PROQUAD as a child (Dates are unknown) but never received their second dose.; No additional AE; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist and refers to a currently 20-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, past medications and concomitant medications were not reported. On an unknown date, "as a child", the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of MMR and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD) powder and solvent for suspension for injection, at a total dose of 0.5 ml (route of administration, anatomical location, lot# and expiry date were not reported), for prophylaxis. The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent solution for injection (lot# and expiry date were not reported). The patient never received their second dose (Incomplete course of vaccination). No additional adverse event was reported.
