Symptom narrative

The patient reported tenderness, warmth and erythema at injection site beginning approximately 6-1/2 hours after receiving injection. Improvement was noted upon waking this morning 30 hours after immunization. On exam 11:00am 5/29/2026, mild erythema noted 8cm in diameter, without warmth, drainage or tenderness. Patient reassured. Symptomatic treatment with tylenol/ibuprofen and ice as needed

Crestor 10 mg, lisinopril 10 mg, metformin ER 500 mg, naproxen 500mg as needed, Tylenol 325 mg as needed
