Symptom narrative

Received vaccines on 5/26. Beginning 5/27, patient experienced elevated heart rate, heart palpitations, lightheadedness, headache, and fever (subjective, not measured). Symptoms persisted through 5/28 but as of 5/29 have resolved.

Current illness

Had nasal and chest congestion 3 weeks prior to vaccine which resolved without treatment. Patient did not have any symptoms of illness on date of vaccination
