No other AE; product being administered after a temperature excursion; This spontaneous report was received from pharmacist and referred to a 24 -year-old female patient. The patient's pertinent medical history, concurrent conditions, drug reactions or allergies, and concomitant therapies were not reported. From 01-Apr-2026 until 08-Apr-2026, Human Papillomavirus 9-Valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9), Lot Number: Z011090 (Expiration date: 07-Aug-2027) underwent a temperature excursion, with a temperature of 14.8 degree Celsius for 192 hours, and on this same date (08-Apr-2026), after the temperature excursion, the patient was vaccinated with this improperly stored vaccine Human Papillomavirus 9-Valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9), 0.5 mL, total (route of administration, anatomical site and dose number in series were not reported) as prophylaxis (Product storage issue).
