Required HEP B and Tdap vaccination for new position. Was mistakenly given Varicella on 5/19/26. Received a call a few hours later asking me to return for the correct vaccine, was unable to get to the workforce clinic same day. Made an appointment for the following day 5/20/26 to receive correct vaccine. About an hour after the 3rd vaccine I had symptoms of disassociation and was unable to focus on my work. I notified my team member and was sent home for the day. Had trouble remembering what elevator I was in (which floor) and my way around the hospital. Had symptoms of nausea and dizziness during my commute home (1 hr. via link. Had trouble remembering which light rail I was on, and was afraid to miss my stop. I slept through the afternoon that day. The following day 5/21/26 - woke up with warm temp and HA - a large rash appeared on my R leg, from thigh to shin. Was unable to return to work that day. Slept remainder of the day, rash went away that evening. Friday - woke up feeling exhausted with HA, and was not able to return to work that day
