Symptom narrative

administered 1st dose of shingles shot to patient in the right upper arm. A few moments later patient came back and reported that she was getting tingling and numbness in her 2 fingers of her right arm. I made sure patient was having no anaphylactic reaction and offered to call 911 (patient declined). Patient waited 15 minutes but symptoms did not subside. Patient was advised to go to ER to see md.
